We design and deploy robust measurement and control systems for production, prototyping and resource testing.
For over a decade, we have specialized in testing critical components for aerospace industry — including pumps, engines, valves, electric motors and many other. This deep expertise allows us to go beyond a just data logging.
We actively support our customers through product development challenges by identifying technical flaws and highlighting exactly what may be improved.
Measurements and data logging
Provide all necessary for precise measurements and logging using tools form NI, HBM, Digilent and other brands.
Automated test equipment
Develop and build equipment for automatic test stands.
LabVIEW Real Time and FPGA programming
Satisfy the highest performance demands.
Components selection
Help with selecting components for measuring the most of parameters.
Our core workflow utilizes NI LabVIEW for bespoke application development, paired with National Instruments hardware. This unified ecosystem ensures seamless integration and reliable performance across all system components.

On site measurements
To make a single or not often measurements we can do it by our equipment on clients site.
[02]
Rent of measurement equipment
In case when equipment is needed for a relatively short period of time we provide rent with our full support.

Components development
We provide the service of product development for trusted clients.

MDP Solutions LLC, that is specialized on developing medical devices, required a solution to prototype a medical device with signal generation and measurement capabilities.
Challenge
The client required a prototype capable of generating sound signals up to 2 kHz while simultaneously measuring pump speed, flow, frequency, and voltage at a 5 kHz acquisition rate.
The system had to operate on a Linux-based acquisition device, with data transmitted to a Windows PC via Ethernet and pump speed control through Python API.
Solution
The solution was based on the NI PCI-6221 multifunction I/O board installed in a Linux-based machine.
National Instruments DAQ drivers and development tools for Linux enabled system operation.Parts of the code from previous Windows-based projects were reused.
The resulting system can be controlled locally or remotely from a Windows PC, with communication implemented via TCP/IP.
Client’s review
FR Prototypes was wonderful to work with. The team is highly knowledgeable in LabVIEW, extremely hard-working, very responsive, and self-motivated. They quickly adapted to changes in scope, handled them smoothly, and kept the project moving forward. I will definitely work with them again and highly recommend their services.
